How do the tiers work?+
Starter is free forever for one site and up to 250 assets. Pro is £49 per site, per month with unlimited assets and users, depreciation, scheduled audits, PAT/calibration tracking and integrations. Enterprise is custom priced and adds SSO/SAML, API access, custom SLAs and a dedicated success manager.
How does pricing scale as I add assets?+
It doesn't. Pro is billed per site at £49/month with unlimited assets and unlimited users on each site — no per-asset or per-seat charges. You only add cost when you add a site.
What counts as an asset?+
Anything you want to track — laptops, phones, tools, PPE, uniforms, vehicles, keys, radios, test & calibration equipment. Each asset gets a unique ID, an optional QR label, a custodian (person, site, room, vehicle or container) and a full lifecycle history with condition photos on every scan.
Can I bulk import my existing register?+
Yes. Upload a CSV of your existing assets on any tier and e-Kwip will match users, categorise and de-duplicate. Enterprise includes assisted import with our team.
Does it handle handovers and returns?+
Yes — every assignment captures a digital handover with condition notes, photos and a signed acknowledgement from the custodian. Returns close the loop with the same evidence and update the audit trail. Overdue returns and missing scans flag automatically.
Can it track PAT, calibration and PPM?+
Yes. Attach PAT test dates, calibration certificates, warranty and lease expiries against each asset. Planned maintenance schedules and ad-hoc repairs surface on the dashboard the moment they're due, so nothing overdue slips through — inspection-ready for auditors and insurers.
Does e-Kwip include GaleAI?+
Yes — GaleAI is included on Pro and Enterprise. It gives plain-English summaries of utilisation, loss patterns, PPM trends and where to redistribute idle kit, so you stop reading rows and start reading insight.
Does it connect to the rest of the Nightingale stack?+

Is there an onboarding fee?+
