Once your application is approved you'll receive credentials for the Partner Portal — training, deal registration, and marketing assets.
Clear terms, signed online
Our partner agreement is a single, plain-English document. Approved applicants receive it as a DocuSign envelope — no back-and-forth with legal.
Auto-renews annually unless either party gives 60 days' notice. No exclusivity required.
Register opportunities in the partner portal. Registered deals are protected for 90 days and carry the partner's commission.
Paid monthly in arrears, 30 days after the end customer's invoice clears. GBP, EUR, or USD by bank transfer.
Use of the Nightingale name and logos is granted under the brand guidelines linked in the partner portal.
Partners act as independent controllers. A separate DPA is signed alongside the partner agreement where personal data is shared.
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice. Earned commissions on live customers continue to be paid.
