Support requests are arriving everywhere except one place.
BirdCall pulls email, phone and portal requests into a single queue with owners, priorities and response times you can see.
- Who it's for
- Internal and customer-facing support teams
- What you should see
- Every request ticketed, owned and answered within a measured time.
All access managed securely via your Nightingale Admin Centre.
Does any of this sound familiar?
These are the situations BirdCall was built to remove.
Requests arrive in personal inboxes
Work depends on whether one person is in that day.
Nobody knows what's outstanding
There is no shared queue, so the backlog is invisible until someone complains.
The same question is answered ten times
Answers live in individual sent folders rather than in a shared knowledge base.
Response times are unmeasured
You cannot commit to a service level you have no way of reporting on.
Escalations depend on shouting
Urgent issues get attention because someone chased, not because the system flagged them.
How BirdCall fixes it.
Three steps. No implementation project required.
- 1
Point your channels at one queue
Email, portal and phone requests all become tickets in the same place.
- 2
Triage and assign
Priorities, owners and due times set on intake, with escalation when they slip.
- 3
Measure and improve
First response, resolution time and repeat contact reporting, per team and per channel.
What you get out of it.
Five things a business owner cares about, and what each one looks like in practice.
Less searching for the request
One queue rather than four inboxes and a phone note.
Fewer repeat contacts
Saved answers and a knowledge base cut the volume of questions asked twice.
Nothing dropped when someone's away
Ownership is a field, not a personal inbox.
Real service levels
Response and resolution times you can actually publish.
A complete request history
Every interaction retained against the ticket and the customer.
Results customers get with this product.
Capture every request from email, in-app widget, customer portal or public API, auto-route it with AI, hit your SLAs — or white-label the whole platform and sell it to your own customers.

We'd rather show you real ones.
BirdCall is a young product and we won't publish quotes we haven't earned. Customer stories will appear here as early customers agree to be named — with their own words and their own numbers, not ours. Until then, the free tier is the honest way to judge it: run it on real work for a fortnight and see what changes.
Happy to be an early reference customer? Tell us on the contact form and we'll talk about what that looks like.
BirdCall questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about Starter, scaling up, and optional onboarding.
What's included in the free Starter tier?+
Starter is free forever — up to 50 tickets per month, one inbox, one support agent and one manager, with manual assignment and basic status tracking. Enough to get structured support off email or to pilot BirdCall before scaling.
How does Pro pricing work?+
Pro is £49/month for the whole workspace — unlimited agents and manager seats. That unlocks unlimited tickets, SLA tracking with breach alerts, automated routing & assignment, an agent workload dashboard and weekly performance reports. Includes a 14-day trial.
What channels can tickets come in through?+
Email (Mailgun-powered inbound with your own outbound domain), an embeddable in-app widget, a branded customer self-service portal, and a signed public API. Everything lands in one unified inbox with a full audit timeline per case.
When do I need Enterprise?+
Enterprise adds AI triage and reply suggestions, advanced analytics with CSAT, custom SLA policies, full audit trail export, SSO/SAML, single-session enforcement and a signed SLA/DPA — with priority support and dedicated onboarding. Quoted against agent count and integration scope.
Can I white-label BirdCall and sell it as my own product?+
Yes. White Label starts at £599/month plus a £1,500 one-off setup fee and gives you full visual rebrand (logo, colours, transactional emails), a custom domain (helpdesk.yourcompany.com), reseller rights, dedicated onboarding and a co-branded mobile experience. Popular with MSPs, agencies and platform businesses.
Does it replace Zendesk or Spiceworks?+
Yes — BirdCall covers the same core helpdesk surface (tickets, SLAs, self-service, reporting, API, widget) as a UK-built, transparently-priced alternative without per-feature add-ons.
