Billing
Monthly, in advance, by card. Prices are in GBP and shown excluding VAT. Changing plan mid-month is prorated automatically.

Monthly rolling — cancel any time from your account and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. You can export your data before you go.

NightingaleTrain is opening a private beta shortly. Everyone on the waitlist gets first access and founding-customer pricing locked in for life.
How will pricing work?+
Pricing will be a transparent per-user monthly subscription with a free Starter tier for small teams and an Enterprise tier for regulated environments. Final pricing will be published before launch.
How does it work with Onboardly?+
Onboardly emits LearningPlanRequested events on onboarding and role change. NightingaleTrain listens, delivers only training that's missing or expired, and writes TrainingCompleted events back — so employee records stay current across the stack.
What about rehires?+
NightingaleTrain is rehire-aware. Valid certifications carry across, and only expired or missing training is ever requested — no duplicated learning spend, no annoyed employees.
