Problems we solve

Does any of this sound familiar?

These are the situations Izon was built to remove.

Each system reports on itself

There is no view that crosses compliance, workforce and cost.

Board packs are assembled by hand

Numbers are exported and pasted into a deck every month.

Problems are only visible in hindsight

Trends are noticed after the quarter rather than during it.

Definitions differ by system

The same measure means different things depending on where it came from.

How it works

How Izon fixes it.

Three steps. No implementation project required.

  1. 1

    Connect your apps

Reporting data flows in from the Nightingale products you already run.

  2. 2

    Agree the measures

Shared definitions so a number means the same thing everywhere.

  3. 3

    Watch the operation

Cross-app dashboards and alerts on the measures that matter to you.

Key benefits

What you get out of it.

Five things a business owner cares about, and what each one looks like in practice.

Saves time

No monthly assembly job

The reporting pack builds itself from live data.

Saves money

Cost drivers become visible

Where spend is concentrated, across apps rather than within one.

Reduces risk

Earlier warning

Trends surface during the period, not after it closes.

Improves visibility

One operational picture

Compliance, workforce and cost side by side.

Increases compliance

Consistent definitions

One agreed measure set, used across every report.

Customer stories

We'd rather show you real ones.

Izon is a young product and we won't publish quotes we haven't earned. Customer stories will appear here as early customers agree to be named — with their own words and their own numbers, not ours. Until then, the free tier is the honest way to judge it: run it on real work for a fortnight and see what changes.

Happy to be an early reference customer? Tell us on the contact form and we'll talk about what that looks like.
